1. Instruct us to Market your Property for £95 payable on completion of finding you a suitable Tenant

2. Your Property will be advertised on all Major Portals including Social Media Channels

3. Full Referencing Checks completed to include Right to Rent

4. Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement will be issued and Rent Protection Advice available

5. Making sure all Legislations will be met as part of a Landlords Responsibilities, we will be happy to help you source these at an extra cost, making sure you are fully compliant if you haven't already arranged them

EPC - £50 - 10 yearly

Electrical Test - £150- 5 yearly

Gas Safety - £75 - yearly 

Rent Protection - £295 yearly 

6. Obtain the first months Rent and Deposit and can Register Deposit if required. The first months rent will be paid by bacs to you with the deduction of £95 for finding the tenant and £35 for the first months Management Support

7. Register the Deposit www.depositprotectionservice.co.uk 

8. Provide a letter direct  to your Tenants advising them of your Account Details for future Rental Payments

9. Advising the Tenants that Right Choice Lettings will be first point of contact for any maintenance issues or queries. Leaving you HASSLE free for the first 3 months whilst your Tenants settle into their New Home

10. A direct debit, under point 15 of our Terms and Conditions, will need to be set up for the Monthly Management Fee £35pcm- FIXED Term of 3 months
